Show Off Expo - Blurb below.This is a group exhibition, with a mix of emerging and established artists, theseindividuals involved come from a wide variety of creative multidisciplinary areasincluding, fine art, photography, graphic design, architecture, fashion, textiles,graffiti, etc.The aim of this the show is to display these emerging creative graduatesalong side established artist and so “SHOWOFF” Ireland’s creativetalent using the medium of print.Each artist has been asked to create a visual response to a specific letter of thealphabet, witch will be allocated at random. The artist will then create a solution intheir field, photography, illustration, sculpture, etc. Each of these solutions will thenbe then reproduced using the medium of print. We are confident this simple conceptwill yield interesting and distinct results.Print size:All the 26 prints will all be uniform a3, we were thinking of dividing up the prints intotwo separate groups. The first group being hung on the end wall beside the till andthe other group going up the stairs.Dates:30th September until the end of October.Venue:Article of Powerscourt Townhouse.
